Responsibilities

• Participate in mediation, litigation and arbitration of construction disputes.
• Prepare, review and negotiate construction contracts.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and prepare discovery responses.
• Assist in trial preparation and motion practice.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding legal issues.
