• Large projects over $20mm.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Ability to lead and communicate with subcontractors.
• OSHA 30 Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
