Job summary

ProWest PCM Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Assistant Superintendent for a large public works project in Pacific Palisades, CA.

The role requires overseeing construction activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to plans and schedules. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of construction supervision experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience supervising construction projects.
• Experience on large projects over $20M.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Ability to lead and communicate with subcontractors.
• OSHA 30 Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Large projects over $20mm
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Ability to lead and communicate with subcontractors
• OSHA 30 Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
