VALIANT Construction LLC is seeking an experienced Traveling Assistant Superintendent to support the Superintendent in overseeing daily construction activities for U.S. Federal Government Healthcare Construction Projects ranging from $10M to $50M. This role requires a proactive and detailed professional with hands‑on experience in construction management, site safety, and quality assurance (or willing to learn). The ideal candidate will assist with project planning and implementation, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain high‑quality workmanship throughout the project life cycle. The Assistant Superintendent will work closely with government officials, subcontractors and internal teams to drive project success.
