Job summary

Cotton Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Construction Assistant Project Manager in San Antonio, TX to support project coordination, safety compliance, and client communications on temporary assignments.

You will work with project managers, field teams, and vendors to track timelines, budgets, and documentation while upholding quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role requires travel and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Commercial reconstruction project knowledge required.
• Familiarity with Xactimate and the restoration process.
• Knowledge of MEPs (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing).
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively as business needs arise (REQUIRED).
• Must have a good driving record, be at least 21 years old, and have 3+ years of verifiable driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing and coordinating projects to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
• Collaborate with project managers, operations teams, and clients to oversee project administration and documentation.
• Adhere to safety policies, develop Site Safety Plans, and conduct toolbox meetings.
• Pull permits, initiate paperwork, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Source and hire subcontractors and vendors to meet project needs while maintaining high service standards.
• Provide guidance to field supervisors and labor teams and maintain professional client interactions.
