Job summary

Harvey Cleary in Texas seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support project managers in estimating, procurement, scheduling, and client satisfaction. You will evaluate and coordinate information to keep projects on time and within budget, while promoting quality workmanship on site.

You will assist the superintendent team with site safety, conduct weekly safety audits, help identify risks, prepare RFIs, and support business development.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating, scheduling, quality control, and problem-solving.
• Strong organizational and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in estimating and bidding of projects.
• Assist in preparation and updates of Master and look-ahead schedules; participate in job-site safety meetings and complete safety audits and observations.
• Assist with identifying, understanding and managing project risks.
• Identify problems and recommend solutions for review and implementation.
• Assist with business development work.
• Focus on maintaining client satisfaction.
• Document punch lists and participate in project close-out.
• Prepare and track RFIs.
• Promote job site safety and rectify hazards.
• Understand project plans and specifications.
• Demonstrates leadership characteristics.
• Other duties as assigned.
