Job summary

PEAK Technical Services Inc. seeks a seasoned Project Manager to support design-phase management and oversee design consultants, ensuring contract compliance.

The role blends field oversight with administrative duties on large construction projects. The candidate should hold a bachelor’s or associate degree in engineering or business, have at least four years of PM experience, and complete safety training (OSHA 30, Lead Awareness) before site participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, or an Associate's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum four years of project management experience, including supervisory experience on large construction projects.
• 30-hour OSHA Certification and 8-hour Lead Awareness Course required.
• Completion of one-day Client Track Safety Training before participating in projects.

Responsibilities

• Support project management during the design phase by overseeing design consultants and ensuring compliance with contract documents.
• Assist in inspections and quality control/assurance activities through project closeout.
• Collaborate with the Resident Engineer and support project coordination by attending meetings and following up on action items.
• Monitor job site safety and prepare necessary reports and documentation.
• Assist with project budgets, schedules, and construction activities.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Project Management.
