Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

The Construction Assistant Project Manager will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This position is ideal for someone passionate about the property industry and looking to make an impact in construction project management.

Description
  • Assist in managing construction project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
  • Support the Project Manager in resolving project-related challenges and conflicts.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Contribute to cost control measures and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations for construction projects.
