Description
- Assist in managing construction project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
- Support the Project Manager in resolving project-related challenges and conflicts.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Contribute to cost control measures and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations for construction projects.

Profile
- 2+ years as a Project Enginner or Assistant Project Manager for a rebuttable general contractor.
- A background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle diverse project demands.
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
