Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the project management team in coordinating all aspects of large-scale mission critical and commercial construction projects. Projects will be valued between $50M - $400M+
• Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules.
• Help manage day-to-day project operations and documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
• Track and manage project budgets and costs.
• Facilitate communication between field and office staff.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Respond to inquiries from clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and company safety policies.
• Help conduct site visits and inspections as needed.
• Support the closeout process, including punch list management, as-built drawings, and final documentation.

Profile

Education — Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

Experience — 1-3 years of industry experience; General Contracting experience preferred. Demonstrated history of working on large-scale new construction projects.

Skills — Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
