Description

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects.
• Support project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
• Help manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractor relationships.
• Participate in site visits, progress meetings, and quality control inspections.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Maintain organized project files and ensure timely communication across teams.

Profile / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a construction project support role.
• Familiarity with construction processes, documentation, and project management tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore or similar platforms is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.

Compensation

Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr
