We are looking for a Senior Manager, Construction Asset Improvements, to be based at our headquarters in Costa Mesa, CA. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Design & Construction and lead a team of project managers executing small to mid-sized capital investments across the United States. These projects range from infrastructure improvements, small-scale industrial development or production, office space, and other small to mid-sized investments to existing assets; and range in cost from $100k to $10M. These projects are characterized as day 2 improvements that occur post initial occupancy. The ability to be responsive, work within occupied spaces, and deliver on tight timelines is critical to success. This role will be an integral part of the Design & Construction team’s leadership and build strong connections across the RE&F organization and to Anduril lines of business and stakeholder teams. It is also expected this role will help further our team efficiency by helping to improve our methods of work and providing insight into ways to further improve our impact. US Salary Range: $166,000 – $250,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
