MasTec is offering an on-the-job apprenticeship in Brookston, Texas, focused on foundational safety and construction skills. Apprentices will start with core safety training and progress toward concentrations in Industrial, Wind, and Solar construction.

You will attend formal training, log activities, and complete evaluations under journeyman supervision. Applicants should be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and be prepared for hands-on work with basic power tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 0 to 4,000 on-the-job training hours.
• Experience using basic power tools preferred.
• Take reasonable care of your own and others' health and safety.
