Job summary

ARCO, a Family of Construction Companies, seeks a Construction Application Analyst to optimize Procore and integrations, own system performance, and partner with business leaders outside IT to deliver scalable solutions across the enterprise. You will leverage APIs, iPaaS, Postman, and Power BI to automate processes, build dashboards, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business and computers.
• Some AI experience and fluency.
• 2-4 years of non-supervisory technical experience in business analysis, system implementation and support.
• Experience leading continuous improvement projects with cloud applications and collaborating with developers.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis for complex technical issues.
• Cloud system implementation and support experience.
• Strong communication and cross-department relationship skills outside IT (e.g., Safety, Legal, Accounting).
• Ability to anticipate needs and plan accordingly.
• Experience gathering requirements and delivering plans.
• Visionary mindset to advance ARCO with technology.
• Familiarity with construction accounting practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of Enterprise construction applications like Procore and integrations.
• Provide system monitoring and end-user support; prioritize and resolve issues; propose enhancements.
• Monitor, fix bugs and drive continuous improvement projects with integrations.
• Create training and documentation materials.
• Collaborate with Technology teams to deliver solutions for Construction Operations and ERP integrations.
• Research construction tech advancements; prepare proposals; drive development using iPaaS, RaaS, APIs, Postman.
• Coordinate to gather business requirements and build Power BI dashboards.
• Apply entrepreneurial problem solving with urgency and disciplined execution.
