Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Process invoices, vendor payments, and customer billings accurately and on time.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with vendors and clients.
• Track project-related costs and assist with job costing support.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end close activities.
