Qualifications

• 2+ years AP experience and 2+ years AR experience.
• Construction industry experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel.
• Strong organization, follow-through and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage AP/AR functions
• Manage cash applications
• Manage AP aging and payment cycles
• Manage vendor and customer records
• Manage banking activity
• Process construction change orders
• Use tax, insurance payments, credit card activity
• Process AR reporting
• Support month-end close
• Assist with 1099 preparation
