Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Beginner-Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
• Intermediate knowledge of various accounting software.
• Construction accounting software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Match invoices and delivery tickets on assigned jobs and code for data entry; work with PMs and Superintendents to ensure timely invoice approval.
• Process rental, utility, overhead, and other non-job invoices for data entry; troubleshoot invoices; reconcile vendor statements.
• Communicate with vendors for invoice copies or correct payment application.
• Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
