Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile credit card transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and send customer invoices.
• Apply customer payments and monitor overdue accounts.
• Respond to vendor and customer inquiries.
• Manage records for vendor and customer accounts.
• Process accounts payable invoices.
• Analyze AR and AP reports.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with payroll teams as needed.
