Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Advanced Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Bluebeam, Adobe, or other PDF management software.
• Scheduling software knowledge: Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Hybrid office presence required.
• Recent graduate or 1-3 years experience in engineering/construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in advising clients in the engineering and construction space.
• Review and assess project change orders, including scope, costs, and schedules.
• Review and analysis of project schedules, including delay analysis.
• Loss of productivity and inefficiency analysis.
• Calculation of damages including increased material, labor costs, or additional subcontractor costs.
• Analysis of extended general conditions and other time-related costs.
• Review and interpretation of drawings and specifications.
• Assist in preparation of expert reports and presentations.
