Job summary

J.S. Held LLC in the United States is seeking an Associate Director to join the Construction Advisory & Disputes Team. The role focuses on construction claims, delay and disruption analysis, and change orders on live projects.

You will lead forensic delay analyses, contribute to expert reports, manage client relations, and deliver timely work under deadlines. Travel is required and experience on substantial disputes is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in forensic delay analysis in construction/engineering.
• A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, quantity surveying or similar.
• Chartered status or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction dispute resolution, delay/disruption analyses, and change order reviews.
• Prepare and contribute to expert reports.
• Interact with clients, present results, and meet deadlines.
