The internship targets engineering disciplines with strong analytical and MS Office skills, plus familiarity with PDF tools and scheduling software. It provides hands-on experience, professional development, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical or Construction Management.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Bluebeam, Adobe or PDF management software; scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Assist in advising clients in construction and government contracts.
• Review and assess project change orders for scope and costs.
• Review and analyze project schedules.
• Analyze productivity losses and inefficiencies.
• Calculate increased material and/or labor costs for damages.
• Analyze extended general conditions and time-related costs.
• Review drawings and specifications.
• Assist in preparing expert reports and presentations.
