Job summary

APSI Construction Management is seeking a CM-Construction Administrator (CM-CA) to support the North Texas Veterans Healthcare System projects in Dallas, Bonham and Garland. The role focuses on construction management from pre-design through construction for VA Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build programs.

You will work with the Contracting Officer and Resident Engineer, handling scheduling, cost control, QA/QC, testing, documentation, and commissioning tasks, and you will attend progress meetings

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years construction related experience.
• Degree in a related technical field preferred.
• Experience as CM-CA managing VA projects is preferred.
• Ability to monitor construction for Quality Assurance and to analyze deficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction management support from pre-design through construction.
• Assist in project scheduling, cost control, and QA/QC.
• Prepare and maintain project diaries and progress meetings.
• Coordinate with VA officials, contractors, and facility staff.
