Mariani Enterprises LLC is seeking a Construction Administrator to support Project Managers and Superintendents in executing high-end residential landscape projects from start to finish, coordinating communication among contractors, suppliers, leadership, and clients, and assisting with invoices, contracts, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of construction administration experience in high-end residential construction, landscape design-build, or custom home building.
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills suited to executives and high-end clients.
• Proficiency with project management systems (Aspire, BuilderTREND) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
• Identify delays and take proactive steps to correct timelines.
• Maintain communication between project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients for information flow and issue resolution.
