Job summary

MOREgroup is seeking a Construction Administrator to join our Plano, TX team. This role coordinates ongoing regional construction projects and supports field teams to ensure smooth project execution.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in architecture/construction, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with submittals, RFIs, AIA/CSI docs, and project contracts; you will interact with clients and internal stakeholders to drive high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in architecture, construction, or engineering.
• Proficient MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of construction administration protocols and CSI codes.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Experience with Newforma or ACC is preferred.
• Knowledge of AIA or contract documents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track projects using project management software platforms.
• Process monthly construction payment applications.
• Coordinate submittal and RFI receiving, review, and distribution.
• Oversee changes and closeout documents per contract.
• Prepare and distribute construction correspondence and closeout submittals.
• Review organization and completeness of closeout documentation.
