PathwayTalent Partners is partnering with a growing construction organization to identify a Project Coordinator / Workforce Administrator for a large-scale project in the Fargo, ND area. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting both field operations and office administration in a dynamic construction environment.

This position will play a critical role in workforce onboarding, project administration, invoice processing, and overall jobsite support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys working with field teams, and takes pride in keeping projects organized and moving forward.

Compensation: $25-$28/hour
Employment Type: Contract with potential for long-term or permanent employment
Location: Fargo, ND (Onsite)

Position Overview

The Project Coordinator / Workforce Administrator serves as a key support resource for project leadership, field personnel, vendors, and office staff. This individual will coordinate onboarding activities, maintain project documentation, assist with accounting and invoice processes, and support daily jobsite operations.

Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working closely with project teams.

Key Responsibilities
Workforce Onboarding & Employee Support
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new craft workers and field employees.
  • Collect, review, and verify onboarding documentation, including I-9 and E-Verify requirements.
  • Ensure employees meet all project and site-specific onboarding requirements.
  • Maintain workforce rosters, site access records, training logs, and certification tracking.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, supervisors, and external labor partners regarding onboarding, paperwork, and site requirements.
  • Assist with workforce reporting and personnel documentation.
Project Administration
  • Maintain project documentation including drawings, submittals, RFIs, revisions, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, distribute project updates, and organize project files.
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and project-related documentation.
  • Support communication between the jobsite and corporate office.
  • Assist project leadership with administrative tasks needed to keep projects operating efficiently.
Accounting & Invoice Processing
  • Collect and process vendor invoices, purchase documentation, and delivery tickets.
  • Enter data accurately into accounting and project management systems.
  • Coordinate invoice approvals with project leadership.
  • Assist with expense tracking, rental equipment records, and material documentation.
  • Support reconciliation activities and document management efforts as needed.
Jobsite Operations Support
  • Maintain daily logs, manpower reports, and site documentation.
  • Organize and manage the project site office.
  • Support weekly and monthly project meetings and related documentation.
  • Coordinate training documentation, safety records, and certification tracking.
  • Assist with logistics and operational support activities that help keep projects running smoothly.
Team Collaboration
  • Build positive relationships with field personnel, project managers, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and project information.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, team-oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Support a positive culture focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
