Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Construction Associate to join our on-site team. This role provides exposure to document control, scheduling, and project administration across multifamily construction projects.

You will work with the Project Superintendent and Project Manager to learn the end-to-end construction process, from conception to completion, while supporting daily logs, submittals, and site safety.

Qualifications

• Preferred High School diploma or GED.
• OSHA 10 Certificate within 6 months of being hired.
• Basic knowledge of reading and understanding blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and tracking submittals, schedules and project documentation.
• Support field staff with daily reports, logs and site communications.
• Learn document control processes and keep project files organized.
• Support RFIs, change orders and shop drawings tracking under supervision.
• Assist safety and quality control efforts on site.
