Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Construction Associate to support the Project Superintendent and Project Manager on multifamily construction projects. You will gain broad exposure to field operations, document control, scheduling, and safety processes from conception through project completion.

You’ll learn to manage daily reports, RFIs, submittals, and close-out records while assisting with subcontractor draws, payroll, and material inventory. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Preferred High School diploma or GED.
• Basic knowledge of reading and understanding blueprints.
• Driver’s License required; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Create submittal schedule, track schedule, review submittals.
• Cross reference submittals to plans and specs.
• Assist in tracking submittal processes and update related logs.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly construction job logs and status reports.
• Assist with RFI/change orders/shop drawings process and documentation.
• Coordinate QC items and logs with QC manager; maintain close-out docs.
