A leading architectural firm in Scottsdale is seeking an experienced Assistant Construction Administrator to manage the construction phase of projects. This role requires at least 5 years of construction administration experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include document management, consultant coordination, and supporting project teams. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of recent experience in Construction Administration, preferably in an architectural design firm.
Experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Engineer is strongly considered.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Facilitate CA hand-off meetings and assist in pre-construction meeting preparation.
Receive, log, and distribute submittals and RFIs to consultants.
Assist with compiling punch lists into substantial completion forms.
