The Construction Admin Assistant plays a vital role in coordinating and administering installation projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop preliminary and long-term installation schedules, verify with managers, and distribute updates.
  • Process timecards for carpenters and support staff, ensuring accuracy in coding and approvals.
  • Organize and distribute field installation files, including work codes, scope letters, labor estimates, and safety documentation.
  • Order materials, equipment, and supplies, coordinating deliveries with project managers and drivers.
  • Maintain inventory of tools, coordinate repairs, and ensure stock availability for upcoming projects.
  • Prepare safety documentation, distribute OSHA logs, track incidents, and manage PPE distribution.
  • Maintain personnel files, assist with hiring and layoffs, and ensure compliance with hiring documentation.

Minimum qualifications:
