Responsibilities
Manage, scan, and enter invoices into TimberScan.
Maintain accounts payable aging reconciliation.
Run and analyze the open report on a weekly basis.
Ensure three-way match compliance.
Setup and maintenance of vendor accounts.
Successfully manage all vendor responsibilities.
Reconciliation of accounts on hold.
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
Adhere to department KPIs.
Work collaboratively with colleagues in all regions.
Handle all vendors and internal staff correspondence via phone or email.
Communicate professionally with vendors and staff.
Assist specialist and manager with miscellaneous tasks.
