Responsibilities

• Manage, scan, and enter invoices into TimberScan.
• Maintain accounts payable aging reconciliation.
• Run and analyze the open report on a weekly basis.
• Ensure three-way match compliance.
• Setup and maintenance of vendor accounts.
• Successfully manage all vendor responsibilities.
• Reconciliation of accounts on hold.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
• Adhere to department KPIs.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues in all regions.
• Handle all vendors and internal staff correspondence via phone or email.
• Communicate professionally with vendors and staff.
• Assist specialist and manager with miscellaneous tasks.
