Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience required.
• Previous experience in construction, restoration, or mitigation is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of construction job costing and expense allocation.
• Familiarity with managing subcontractor compliance, specifically W‑9s, 1099s, and COIs.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office/Excel.
• High level of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process, verify, and route all vendor invoices and subcontractor pay applications.
• Manage and reconcile corporate credit card accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor and subcontractor payment inquiries.
• Manage onboarding of new vendors and subcontractors.
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure accurate job costing.
