Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounts payable experience, with construction industry preferred.
• Strong organization, accuracy, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the shared AP email and phone line; save vendor invoices and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Add new vendors in Foundation and sync to Project HQ, collecting W-9s and payment details.
• Request and review lien releases, verifying scope and amounts match invoices.
• Review subcontractor Certificates of Insurance.
• Match printed checks to invoices and verify vendor and amount.
• Record and reconcile credit card transactions; collect receipts; send AMEX and WEX reports to managers.
• Coordinate with Payroll on deductions for missing receipts.
• Complete vendor credit applications and support the AP Lead as needed.
