Qualifications

• 1-4 years of accounts payable experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with vendor management; interest in process improvement and technology.

• Effective problem-solving, research, and reconciliation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer/software systems.

Responsibilities

• Review, code, and process invoices, expense reports, and pay applications in ERP system
• Execute payments (ACH, wire, check) accurately and on time; create and transmit payment files to banks
• Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payment issues, including voids and adjustments
• Serve as a primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, maintaining professional and timely communication
• Set up and maintain vendor records in compliance with company policies and documentation requirements
• Manage high-volume workflows while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Track costs, support reporting requests, and assist with job cost monitoring
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure efficient and timely accounts payable operations
