Qualifications

• 3–5 years of AP experience, ideally in construction or homebuilding.
• Knowledge of full-cycle AP and construction-related billing.

Responsibilities

• Process, code, and enter vendor/subcontractor invoices.
• Prepare and schedule payments (checks, ACH).
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Track and verify lien waivers.
• Maintain AP files and support audits.
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting.
