• Accounts Payable Support: Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies to ensure accurate account balances.
• Invoice Outreach Process: Run system reports to identify missing vendor invoices and proactively obtain invoices.
• Customer and Vendor Relations: Maintain positive relationships by investigating concerns and coordinating resolutions.
• General Accounting Support: Complete lien waivers and assist on various accounting-related tasks.
