Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Construction Accounting Manager to join their client's team in Nevada. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses extensive knowledge in construction accounting and management.

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in financial reporting, job costing, and team management, ensuring that all financial operations align with company goals and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Construction industry accounting experience preferred.
• Union and certified payroll experience necessary.
• Experience with job costing, WIP schedules, and percentage-of-completion accounting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and payroll, with union payroll experience is essential.
• Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and review month-end journal entries.
• Monitor revenue recognition and contract accounting, including WIP reporting.
• Support annual audits, reviews, and tax reporting requirements.
