Teksky LLC in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and accounting team management. You will work on budgeting, forecasting, and contract compliance within a construction/project-based environment.

The role emphasizes internal controls, audits, and continuous process improvements, while mentoring the accounting team and delivering insights to senior leadership.

Competenze

• Must have prior experience as an Accounting Manager or in a senior accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, general ledgers, and journal entries.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Hands-on experience with fixed assets and account reconciliations.
• Construction or project-based accounting experience preferred.
• Union and certified payroll experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and journal entries.
• Manage general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Oversee fixed asset accounting, including capitalization and depreciation.
