Job summary

CFS in Maitland, FL is seeking a Construction Accounting Admin to support project billing, lien documentation, and day-to-day financial activities on active construction projects. This onsite role provides visibility across accounting and administrative operations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of construction accounting experience, knowledge of Florida lien law, AIA billings, and experience with Sage and Excel; we offer a stable, team-oriented culture and strong retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction accounting or construction bookkeeping experience.
• Working knowledge of Florida Construction Lien Law, NTOs, AIA billings, and lien waivers.
• Experience with Sage or similar accounting systems; strong Microsoft Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing as the Construction Accounting Admin
• Prepare and file Notices to Owner (NTOs), track lien waivers, and support compliance with Florida Construction Lien Law as the Construction Accounting Admin
• Process AIA billings, job cost reporting, and project-related accounting activities as the Construction Accounting Admin
• Reconcile corporate credit card statements, project accounts, and financial records as the Construction Accounting Admin
• Provide administrative support, including travel coordination, office supply management, and general accounting assistance as the Construction Accounting Admin
