The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting, 3+ years in construction or multi-entity environments, strong GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills. You will collaborate with leadership to drive process improvements and ensure accurate financial

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of journal entries.
• Support revenue recognition activities in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and bank accounts.
• Review project-related billings and payment documentation.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management functions.
• Prepare regulatory filings and tax-related reports.
• Assist with annual audits and tax preparation.
• Help develop and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to management and operational teams.
