Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services is seeking an experienced client services professional to manage service for assigned customers and policies, while supporting Producer-led new business efforts. The role involves renewal negotiations, market analysis, and coordination of proposals to ensure competitive coverages and pricing.

The ideal candidate has an Associate’s degree or equivalent, 6+ years of related experience, and a valid insurance license with ongoing CE.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six or more years of related work experience.
• Valid Insurance License.
• Maintain Continuing Education requirements for license renewal.

Responsibilities

• Supports Producer in developing new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects.
• Initiates renewal process for existing clients, and discusses renewal strategy with Producer.
• Analyzes exposures and develops renewal or new business specifications for marketing.
• Conducts marketing, negotiates rates, reviews quotes and coverages for competitiveness and accuracy.
• Reviews and summarizes marketing results and prepares proposals.
• Finalizes proposals and presentations with Producer.
• Binds insurance coverage and prepares binders/documents.
• Reviews policies for accuracy and review contracts.
• Prepares summaries and schedules of coverage for clients.
• Reviews client accounting history and responds to inquiries; coordinates receivable collections.
• Participates in claims process as directed by management.
• Provides technical guidance to staff.
• Notifies brokers of information related to client retention.
• Meets with clients as needed.
• Collection of fees and reconciliation within 90 days of invoicing.
• Complies with agency data standards and data integrity.
• Other duties as assigned.
