Job summary

Veritas HHS Inc. in Nashville, TN seeks a Constituent Services Liaison to connect the 20th Judicial District’s Child Support Office with TDHS. You will handle inquiries, route work orders, and maintain the contact tracker.

Three-week training follows by on-the-job coaching; Associate degree or above and 2+ years in child support or call center are preferred. Excellent communication skills are essential. On-site role with strong benefits and a team dedicated to helping families.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above preferred.
• At least two years of experience in a child support or customer service call center environment.
• Education can be substituted for years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responds directly to customer inquiries referred directly from TDHS or elected officials.
• Assigns work orders to case managers, operations managers, project manager, or to the Office of Special Counsel, as appropriate, for resolution, with a copy to the appropriate supervisor/manager.
• Enters each referred contact or complaint into our contact tracker and monitors response to ensure that CSS of Tennessee and TDHS time frames and quality standards are met.
• Produces daily reports for management team.
• Perform related duties as required.
