Overview
The Constituent Relationship Management ( CRM ) Analyst performs critical tasks within the CRM system to support general graduate enrollment management practices, as well as leads the analysis of NIU Graduate School initiatives. As a member of the CRM team, the position will support in data controls, programming and logic building, and communication automation systems as the team needs. The focus of the position will be to determine, develop, execute, and analyze reporting needs of the Graduate School.
