The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB Health) seeks a Constituent and Gift Coordinator to manage donor records and perform complex gift processing duties in a compliant environment. You will ensure accurate entry, designation, and reporting for gifts across multiple sources while supporting the Development team.
Key responsibilities include maintaining biographical donor data, processing acknowledgements, and providing excellent service to alumni and donor constituents.

The Constituent and Gift Coordinator is a key member of a dynamic and collaborative team charged with fundraising for all UTMB priorities. The position is responsible for the management of constituent records and performing a variety of complex duties associated with confidential gift processing functions. The Constituent & Gift Coordinator ensures compliance with accounting principles, UTMB policy, state, and federal laws.
Actual salary commensurate with experience.
On-site, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and as needed on occasion.
