Job summary

The State of Indiana seeks a Constituent Services Associate to answer emails, maintain templates, and process business services filings. You will be the subject matter expert on filing requirements and state forms, train new coworkers, and support other departments while delivering accurate information with a professional presence.

Ideal candidates are highly organized with strong writing and communication skills, able to manage multiple tasks, and willing to learn custom computer applications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated experience equal to competencies of a bachelor’s degree.
• Bilingual proficiency required.
• Strong writing and communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer constituent emails within set deadlines and maintain templates.
• Assist with Knowledge Article Management and web content updates.
• Train new coworkers and support other departments as needed.
• Prepare materials and reports, and handle Tier III escalations.
