Office of the Indiana Attorney General is seeking a Director of Constituent Services to oversee the Constituent Services operation and team, ensuring front desk staffing and timely, accurate responses to constituents. You will coordinate communications with visitors, legislators, and the AG's executive team.

The role emphasizes strong written and verbal communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a government environment. Previous government experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage constituent services operation and team.
• Ensure front desk staffing during business hours.
• Oversee data entry on incoming correspondence and external messaging for accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide weekly reports on correspondence to executive team and the Attorney General.
• Serve as the primary contact to visitors, legislators, and invited guests of the AG and Executive Team.
• Provide assistance to AG and Executive Team in communicating with constituents and staff.
• Manage special projects for the AG and Executive Staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
