Job summary

Driven Brands, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Manager, Consolidations and Intercompany to support the consolidation process, intercompany accounting, eliminations, and close activities in a complex public-company environment.

This role focuses on data integrity, FCCS flow, SOX controls, process improvement, and collaboration with Internal Audit, tax, treasury, and external auditors to ensure timely, accurate close and remediation of material weaknesses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA required.
• 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience, public company preferred.
• Experience with consolidations, intercompany accounting, eliminations, multi-entity close.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, SOX controls, and close requirements.
• Analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly consolidation processes, eliminations, and close deliverables.
• Validate entity-level submissions and consolidated results for accuracy.
• Manage data flow to FCCS and ensure data integrity and mapping.
• Prepare consolidation support for auditors and leadership.
• Improve governance over intercompany transactions and close execution.
