Job summary

Driven Brands, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Senior Accountant, Consolidations and Intercompany, to support consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and the related close activities in a complex public-company environment.

You will strengthen governance, improve documentation and data integrity, and prepare audit-ready support for management review, SOX compliance, and external audits, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a public company.
• Understanding of U.S. GAAP, SOX controls, and monthly close requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidation entries, elimination entries, roll-forward schedules, and close deliverables.
• Assist with validating entity-level submissions and consolidated results for accuracy.
• Support data integrity within FCCS via mapping, data loads, reconciliations, and system outputs.
