Driven Brands, Inc. seeks a Manager of Consolidations and Intercompany to support the company’s multi-entity close, intercompany accounting, eliminations, and related FCCS-driven processes. You will help strengthen governance, documentation, and close execution in a public-company environment.

The role emphasizes ownership of consolidation flow, data integrity, and collaboration with accounting, tax, treasury, and external auditors. CPA and public company experience are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required.
• 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience, public company preferred.
• Experience with consolidations, intercompany accounting, and eliminations.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, SOX controls, and public-company close.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly and quarterly consolidation process with entries and eliminations.
• Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and dispute resolution.
• Ensure data flow into FCCS and reconciliation with reporting requirements.
• Support SOX controls and remediation efforts; document processes and ownership.
