Nesco Resource is seeking a detail-oriented Consolidation and Reporting Analyst to support corporate financial consolidation and analysis. This full-time role involves ensuring timely financial reporting, compliance with US GAAP, and contributing to the audit process, offering a competitive benefits package.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Consolidation and Reporting Analyst to support the corporate financial consolidation and close process. This role will contribute to the preparation and analysis of timely consolidated financial statements, intercompany reconciliations, foreign currency translation, and compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX controls. The analyst will also support quarterly and annual audit activities, work closely with external auditors, and assist with key financial projects and systems improvements.
Support global monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
Prepare journal entries, account roll-forwards, and supporting schedules for financial statements and footnotes.
Reconcile intercompany balances, investment in subsidiaries, and related transactions.
Analyze foreign currency translation impact on consolidated financials.
Maintain and enhance the global chart of accounts.
Drive process improvement initiatives in the consolidation and reporting functions.
Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal control (SOX) requirements.
Assist with external audits and quarterly reviews.
Participate in special projects and ad hoc reporting as required.
Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting or financial reporting experience.
Strong understanding of US GAAP, consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and multi-currency accounting.
Hands-on experience with financial close and consolidation tools such as:
Oracle Cloud EPM FCCS, Hyperion HFM, or similar systems.
Oracle ERP experience is a plus.
Familiarity with SOX controls and audit processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
