Job summary

Aerocontrols in Auburn, WA seeks a Consignment-Repair Services Administrator (Non-Exempt, on-site) to support consignment and repair management. You will process consignment materials for repair, coordinate with internal teams and outside vendors, and ensure timely returns and accurate shipping charges.

You will create repair orders, obtain quotes, track approvals, and generate weekly invoices and reports. Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills are essential; prior FAA Repair Station

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of work experience in an office administration setting performing data entry and providing internal and external customer service.
• Any combination of education and experience to demonstrate proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business is desired; familiarity with FAA 145 Repair Station environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process consignment materials needed for repair, coordinate with sales and outside vendors, and track shipping charges.
• Assist with the Repair Management program by interfacing with material owners, creating repair orders, and obtaining quotes/approvals.
• Create quotes, provide necessary reports, and process weekly invoicing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and respond to internal and external customer questions or issues expeditiously.
• Back up department as necessary and perform other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all policies and regulations.
