Responsibilities

• Supervise crews 60% field/40% office; manage projects per partner expectations.
• Coordinate logistics, procurement, and expense documentation with accounting.
• Train crew leaders and members; conduct orientations and ongoing training.
• Maintain field equipment, safety protocols, and program vehicles.
• Participate in recruitment, interviews, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure timely project reporting and grant compliance.

Education

High School Diploma or GED + 2-year vocational program

30 hours towards BS with 6 hours in related field + 3 years experience
